Maven's annual Growth Kickoff brings together revenue teams to align around the year ahead. For this year's event, I shaped the theme and narrative platform, challenging teams to think beyond traditional measures of success and rethink what's possible.

The creative centered on a simple idea: growth doesn't stop at the summit. It's about pushing past assumptions, exploring new territory, and discovering how far we can really go. The theme came to life across event messaging, presentations, environmental design, and attendee experiences.
